Porter/Groundskeeper

• We are seeking a motivated and dependable Porter/Groundskeeper to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and aesthetic appeal of our outdoor spaces and facilities of our apartment community. Your energy and attention to detail will ensure that our grounds are well-kept, inviting, and safe for all visitors and staff. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, utilize a variety of tools and equipment, and contribute to the overall environment of our community or organization.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds by removing debris, snow plowing during winter months, and ensuring walkways are clear and safe.
• Removes trash and remaining items from vacant apartments prior to starting the make-ready process, transfers trash to dumpster or storage area as applicable, and cleans and maintains storage areas.
• Distributes notices and communications to residents as necessary.
• Informs appropriate supervisors of any observed hazard or potentially dangerous situation for residents, team members, guests and others.
• Follow safety protocols at all times while handling machinery or working in outdoor environments.

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
