Job Summary/Purpose:

Assist the Maintenance Lead with the general operations of the apartment community. Provide superior customer service to all guests and residents at the community. Help guests resolve their housing problems. Understand the competitive apartment market.

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Cleans grounds and removes litter
• Responsible for daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds which includes cleaning and removing of trash
• Clean in all common areas as directed
• Responsible for maintenance in garbage areas by keeping it debris free and pressure washing all areas
• Provide proper upkeep of sidewalks, driveways, parking lots, planters, and other grounds features.
• Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company
• Responsible for reporting decencies, unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents to Community Manager and/or Maintenance Lead
• Responsible for upkeep and maintenance to curbs (painting, etc.)
• Responsible for organization, dust free and wipe downs of all patio furniture, office, and gym areas
• Assists with resident functions including set-up and clean-up, as required
• Complies with company safety policies and wears personal protective equipment (PPE) as directed. Adheres to OSHA safety standards that are applicable for the safe performance of job
• Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, vendors, etc.
• Maintain professional appearance at all times which include wearing company uniform with photo I.D. badge during work hours
• Acts as a team member with all associates of WEI
• Complies with all policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook

Pay: From $16.90 per hour
