Porter/Groundskeeper Position for Apartments in the 78251 NW area of San Antonio

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum of 1-year experience on 100 plus units.
-Required valid current Texas Driver's License
-Ability to pass a full background check, including credit, criminal, and DMV.
-Neat and professional personal appearance.
-Good communication skills.
-Good organizational skills.
-The ability to work well under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Remove debris/trash from the property each day and as needed during the day.
-Clean pool (s) and assure that chemicals are in the correct proportion.
-Trash out units for make-ready.
-Inspect unit for necessary repairs or replacements
-Communicate with the Manager regarding needed items on the property.
-Handle work orders as directed by the Apartment Manager.
-Report to the Property Manager items that are beyond the scope of your knowledge.
-Perform other duties as directed by the Property Manager.
