Are you ready to work with a great team and build your future? We are looking for a reliable, hard-working Porter to help keep our beautiful community clean and welcoming. No experience? No problem — we’ll train you! If you’re ready to get started and like working outdoors, this could be the perfect job for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Help keep the property looking great by cleaning up outside

• Sweep parking lots, curbs, sidewalks, and common areas

• Mow the lawn and help with yard work

• Clean the pool and pool area

• Do small maintenance tasks if needed

• Always give friendly service to our residents

• Be proud of the work you do every day!

• No experience needed — just a great attitude and a willingness to learn

• You like working outside and enjoy keeping things clean and neat

• You're dependable and show up on time

• You’re respectful, kind, and work well with others

• Interest in groundskeeping or maintenance work is a big plus!
