Porter/Maintenance Worker-Front of House

Summary of Position:

The TruGolf Links Porter maintains the cleanliness and organization of all Front of House areas, including golf bays, dining areas, restrooms, and common spaces. Runs food and beverage product to bartenders and servers, supports the bar and kitchen with stocking and clearing, and ensures the guest-facing environment remains clean, stocked and welcoming throughout each shift.

Qualifications:

● Be legally authorized to work in the United States of America.

● No experience required.

● Be 18 years old.

● Be able to walk or stand upright for long periods of time.

● Be able to push, pull and operate a cleaning cart, mop bucket and vacuum.

● Be able to work in hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods of time.

● Be physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop.

● Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 5 hours)

● Be able to safely lift bags, cases and stacks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

● Be able to read chemical and other product labels.

● Be able to use and understand sanitizer test kits.

● Be able to verbally and respectfully communicate with customers and employees.

Responsibilities:

● Run food and beverage product from the kitchen and bar to bartenders, servers and guests throughout the venue.

● Bus and reset tables, golf bays and lounge areas promptly to keep spaces guest-ready.

● Restock bar and service stations with glassware, napkins, condiments and other supplies.

● Maintain adequate levels of clean glassware, plateware and silverware at bar and service areas.

● Wipe down and sanitize tables, bar tops, golf bay surfaces and high-touch areas throughout the shift.

● Bag and haul trash to dumpster at designated times.

● Clean, stock and maintain restrooms throughout the shift.

● Maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and restroom amenities.

● Mop and or vacuum around golf bays, restrooms and customer traffic areas.

● Police and maintain patio and parking lot areas.

● Wears clean uniform as prescribed by assigned TruGolf Links location.

● Report any maintenance, cleanliness or safety issues to management immediately.

● Understand and follow TruGolf Links policies, procedures, standards, and specifications.

● Recruit employees via TruGolf Links website, job sites, word of mouth, etc.

● Ensure all TruGolf Links glassware, small wares and Front of House equipment are properly cleaned and sanitized.

● Assist with deliveries and properly stored in accordance with TruGolf Links receiving policies and procedures.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour
