We are hiring for Portfolio Analyst Role.

Location - Bangalore - Hybrid/Remote

Experience - Minimum 5 years total, with at least 3 years in portfolio management

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 Days

Must-have skills and tools:

1. 3+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field.

2. Proficiency in Power BI and experience in developing reports and dashboards.

3. Experience with administration of portfolio management software and tools including managing Licenses, changing content, etc and tools such as Mural, OKR, or any other tools.

4. Knowledge of industry best practices and in-depth experience in financial procedures (Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting, Budget Management, Audit Experience).

5. Experience in a large global organization is preferred.

6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

7. Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills.

8. Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.

9. Excellent English communication skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and oversee a portfolio of Tech & Data investments (e.g. APAC and REX portfolios) and the operational/ running budgets to track and report on financial performance.

2. Engage and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders, including Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, and supporting Tech & Data service groups.

3. Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to develop investment strategies and align priorities and funding to maximize business and technology outcomes.

4. Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems, and dashboards(e.g., Power BI) to enable effective decision-making and reporting.

5. Develop analytics and insights to help monitor and evaluate Tech & Data capabilities and investments against our financial health and spend competitiveness.

6. Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to senior management and stakeholders.

7. Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend appropriate risk management strategies.

8. Stay up to date on industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact the portfolio.

9. Provide support/training to investment owners to ensure compliance and adherence to standardized financial operations processes and tools.

10. Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts to optimize Tech & Data processes.
