Job Summary

The Portfolio Analyst will be responsible for analyzing portfolio performance, monitoring financial and operational data, preparing analytical reports, identifying trends, and supporting strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical capabilities, financial understanding, and excellent reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze portfolio performance and prepare periodic analytical reports.
• Monitor KPIs, business performance, and operational metrics.
• Conduct financial and data analysis to support management decisions.
• Identify business risks, trends, and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting.
• Prepare dashboards, presentations, and management summaries.
• Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning activities.
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure timely reporting.
• Assist in portfolio optimization and business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• CFA Level 1/ 2, CA Inter.
• 5 years of relevant experience in portfolio analysis, financial analysis, business analytics, or reporting.
• Strong command of MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Experience with ERP systems and BI tools will be considered a plus.
