Overview

We are seeking a highly disciplined, systems-oriented financial operator to work directly with ownership to build and manage financial infrastructure inside a growing real estate investment company.

This role is focused on cash flow visibility, expense discipline, KPI tracking, and operational financial control — not tax preparation.

Core Responsibilities

Build and maintain 30/60/90-day cash flow forecasts

Implement structured bill pay batching systems

Oversee expense categorization and reconciliation in QuickBooks Online

Develop and maintain KPI dashboards (cash position, burn rate, variance tracking)

Track project/turn budgets vs. actuals

Prepare weekly financial summary reports for ownership

Monitor payroll reporting and contractor payments

Identify inefficiencies and cost-saving opportunities

Enforce financial process discipline

Required Experience

5+ years in bookkeeping, financial operations, or controller-level work

Advanced QuickBooks Online proficiency

Strong cash flow forecasting experience

Experience building financial dashboards and reporting systems

Comfortable working directly with ownership in a fast-moving environment

Strong process creation and enforcement mindset

Preferred Experience

Real estate investment or property operations exposure

Multi-entity accounting experience

Experience implementing financial controls in growth-stage companies

Familiarity with rent collection platforms or property accounting workflows

Compensation

Part-time (20–25 hours/week)
