Job Location: West Delhi, India
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee multiple UAE collections portfolios across banks.
- Lead, coach and manage Team Leaders and Collection Agents to achieve portfolio-level and individual targets.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as Recovery, POS, ROR, Target Achievement, Quality Scores and Attendance.
- Develop and execute portfolio-specific recovery strategies to improve performance and reduce delinquency.
- Ensure strict adherence to UAE debt recovery laws, Central Bank regulations, client SLAs and internal quality standards.
- Handle escalated, sensitive and high-value cases effectively.
- Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Compliance, Training and Client stakeholders to optimize processes.
- Generate daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and present insights to senior management and clients.
- Drive continuous improvement through training interventions, performance reviews and process enhancements.

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in UAE Debt Recovery & Collections.
- Proven experience managing multiple portfolios simultaneously (agency or bank side).
- Strong leadership and people-management skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, MIS dashboards, CRM systems and performance tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Team Building and Team Handling Skills
- Strong understanding of quality audits, service guidelines and compliance frameworks.
