  • Actively promote and sell off-plan projects from top developers in Pune, Maharashtra
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of current real estate market trends, launches, and pricing.
  • Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to site visits, presentations, and deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and market insights.
  • Coordinate with developers and internal teams to ensure seamless client experience.
  • Regularly attend project launches, training, and networking events to stay updated with market offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as per company goals.
  • Manage and update CRM with accurate client data and follow-up actions.

  • Strong knowledge of Pune’s real estate market, developers, and regulations
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets in channel partner firm in Pune
