Portfolio Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Portfolio Manager to oversee and grow our real estate portfolio. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales and portfolio management, with proven experience leading and motivating a team of up to 10 agents.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee a portfolio of residential and/or commercial properties.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize portfolio performance and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of up to 10 real estate agents.
• Monitor team performance and ensure sales and leasing targets are achieved.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, and clients.
• Conduct market research and provide recommendations on pricing, leasing, and investment opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local real estate regulations.
• Prepare regular performance reports and portfolio reviews for management.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate sales, leasing, or portfolio management.
• Proven experience managing and leading a team of up to 10 agents.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
