Monarch Investment and Management Group is actively hiring a Portfolio Performance Analyst to join our Corporate Services team at our headquarters in Franktown, CO.

This is a high-impact, entry-level analyst role designed for someone who wants to break into multifamily real estate and operations strategy . You’ll work directly with leadership and teams across the country to drive performance, increase NOI, and improve efficiency across a 79,000+ unit portfolio.

🧠 What You’ll Do:

• Analyze property performance including rent, other income, maintenance costs, and operational KPIs
• Identify opportunities to increase Net Operating Income (NOI)
• Evaluate and implement new vendors, programs, and operational initiatives
• Support contract negotiations and compliance efforts
• Build and maintain recurring reports and dashboards
• Partner with on-site teams to solve operational challenges (leasing, maintenance, workflows)
• Improve processes to drive efficiency, cost savings, and service quality
• Assist with company-wide initiatives and special projects
  
  

🎯 What We’re Looking For:

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics, or related field
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships welcome!)
• Intermediate Excel skills (data analysis, large datasets)
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
