About EBALDC
Founded in 1975, the East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is more than a housing developer—we are a mission-driven social enterprise dedicated to building healthy, safe, and vibrant neighborhoods where everyone can thrive. With deep roots in the Asian and Pacific Islander communities of the East Bay, we now proudly serve one of the most diverse regions in the nation.

Our work extends far beyond bricks and mortar. By integrating affordable housing, resident services, economic opportunity, and cross-sector partnerships, EBALDC sparks the kind of lasting change that begins with people and ripples across communities.
