Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Portfolio Property Manager - CAM LICENSE REQUIRED - to oversee the operations of several condominium and homeowners associations. Duties
- Oversee daily property operations, ensuring smooth management of condo and HOA communities and resident satisfaction
- Coordinate property maintenance, repairs, and facilities management to uphold property value and safety standards
- Maintain accurate data entry and filing of all property-related documents, contracts, and legal records
- Utilize property management software to track maintenance requests, and resident information
- Handle conflict management with residents or vendors professionally and efficiently
- Conduct regular inspections and oversee property upkeep using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) tools
- Engage in customer service activities by addressing resident inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism and courtesy
Experience
- Proven experience in property management role with a focus on condo / HOA communities - MIN 2 YEARS.
- Familiarity with Yardi, OneSite, CMMS systems, and other property management software tools
- Knowledge of FS718, FS 720 and Chapter 468, Part VIII of the Florida Statutes
- Strong background in legal administrative processes related to contracts and dispute resolution
- Experience in customer service roles
- Demonstrated ability to manage conflict effectively while maintaining positive relationships with residents and vendors
- Office experience involving data entry, filing, phone etiquette, and administrative support functions
- Skills in negotiation and contract management to secure favorable terms for the organization
- Ability to handle facilities management tasks including property maintenance scheduling and oversight
