ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE:

Portfolio Relationship Manager is a critical role to maintain portfolio hygiene of assigned portfolio, role will be responsible for –
-
Driving utilization of assigned portfolio by interacting with Customer, Corporate & Internal Teams.

Maintaining portfolio quality by ensuring timely repayment of tranches and interest servicing.

Constantly connecting with overdue customers & corporates for repayment.
-
Regular follow up with customers / fintech partners to complete open PDD’s / Sanction Conditions.

Ensuring timely renewal of active cases.
KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE:
Business/ Financials

Daily/ Weekly /Monthly monitoring of the assigned portfolio, driving utilization, ensuring portfolio hygiene, timely collection in overdue cases and timely renewal of cases
Customer (Both Internal & External)

Ensure customers are educated about all products / services offered by Ujjivan.

Ensure utilization in low churning accounts.

Focus on timely repayments & interest servicing.

Continuous follow up in overdue cases.

Ensure timely renewal of accounts
Educational :
-
MBA / CA with 2 -3 Years of experience. In case of other Graduate, relevant 4 years of experience.
Experience:
-
2 - 4 years in portfolio management of SCF or WC products. Mixed experience of Portfolio Management + Credit is acceptable, but should be predominantly in Portfolio Mangement.
