HotelEdge, LLC, is expanding, and we are looking for a qualified candidate to join our company as a Portfolio Revenue Analyst!

Job Location: Remote - This is a remote position. Training and periodic meetings may take place in-person and require travel, typical day-to-day will be virtual/remote.

Job Overview: This role will be responsible for assisting Portfolio Revenue Managers with their portfolio of hotels and day-to-day tasks.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Training: Complete any required hotel brand or industry trainings to effectively support the Portfolio Revenue Managers and the portfolio of hotels.
  • Reporting: Retrieve and send reports to Portfolio Revenue Managers for upcoming revenue calls and rate shops.
  • Hotel Revenue Calls: Attend and participate in regularly scheduled hotel revenue calls, take notes during the call, and provide a recap of key call topics, strategies, and changes.
  • Daily Hotel Rate Changes and Touchpoints: Assist the Portfolio Revenue Managers with daily touchpoints for hotels which include rate changes and performance updates.
  • Hotel Reputation Management: Assist the Portfolio Revenue Managers with online review response and customer care incidents.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ hotel operations experience
  • Understanding of hotel revenue management
  • Preferred hotel management experience
  • Receives tactical direction on duties, service standards, and goals.
  • Ability to effectively communicate.
  • Strong public speaking/communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Self-starter with excellent work ethic, salesmanship, interpersonal, and communications skills.
  • Adaptable in rapidly changing business
  • Strong technical skills with Microsoft Office and Zoom
  • Ability to quickly learn and navigate computer systems.
  • Ability to work from home uninterrupted.
  • Work environment should be:
  • Quiet
  • Well-lit
  • Clutter and hazard free (no loose cords, no overloaded electrical outlets, etc.)
  • Equipped with a desk, chair, and proper equipment (computer, mouse, phone)

Benefits:

Yearly Salary DOE.
