Portolet Driver/Service Tech

JDP Waste is looking for experienced drivers for our growing business. Currently, we are interviewing PORT-0-LET DRIVERS for a part time and/or full time position.

Requirements/Duties:

• Must be able to perform basic portolet truck driving functions (NON-CDL).
• Ability to load and unload cargo.
• Inspect truck before and after trip and complete Driver Vehicle Inspection Report as required by DOT.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Ability to be flexible in order to meet customer needs when routes need to be adjusted or changed.
• Provide routing feedback to Operations Manager to be most efficient as well as giving the customer the best service.
• Perform all work duties in a safe manner in accordance with DOT safety standards to ensure no accidents or injuries.
• Must be able to interact with the customers and have good communication skills on work sites to ensure THE BEST service to the customer.
• MUST BE RELIABLE AND DEPENDABLE!

All Drivers MUST have the following:

• Clean driving record
• 2 + yrs experience driving a port-o-let truck
• Good work references
• Must be able to pass a background test and drug screen'
