Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused POS Sales Executive to promote, sell, and support Point of Sale (POS) solutions. The ideal candidate will understand client business needs, demonstrate POS systems, and close sales while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
One shift: starts at 9:00 PM and ends at 6:00 Am.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential customers for POS solutions
- Present and demonstrate POS systems to clients
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable POS products
- Achieve assigned sales targets every month
- Maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on leads
- Coordinate with technical/support teams for installation and onboarding
- Provide basic training to customers on POS usage
- Maintain accurate sales records and reports
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, IT, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably POS, software, or IT solutions
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Basic understanding of POS systems, payment gateways, and retail operations
- Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel if required
