POS Sales Specialist

United Sol is looking for an energetic and people-oriented POS Sales Specialist to introduce and promote our POS solution to local businesses. This role involves regular field visits, building long-term relationships with business owners, and helping them understand how our POS, website, and mobile app solutions can simplify their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct field marketing and sales visits to local businesses including bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, marts, salons/parlours, pharmacies, and clinics.
  • Present and demonstrate United Sol’s POS system and digital solutions to business owners and decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with small business owners through regular follow-ups and on-site meetings.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable POS features and packages.
  • Execute targeted on-ground marketing strategies tailored to local markets and business types.
  • Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align outreach efforts with business goals.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve sales approaches and product positioning.
  • Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Prior experience in field sales, field marketing, or B2B sales (especially with local businesses).
  • Strong understanding of small business operations and their pain points (billing, inventory, reporting, staff management).
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with outdoor / on-site work and meeting multiple clients daily.
  • Basic understanding of POS systems, digital tools, or SaaS solutions (training will be provided).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven personality.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling POS, software, internet services, banking products, or FMCG solutions.
  • Familiarity with local markets and commercial areas in Islamabad/Rawalpindi.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing or customer acquisition strategies.
