Position: Accountant/ Senior Accountant

Reporting Structure:

• Reports to Head Office Finance team in Hong Kong

Work location:

· Dubai (work from home base)

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for handling full set of accounting records and performing daily operation of UAE subsidiaries Manage the end-to-end invoicing process, ensuring timely issuance and follow-up on payments.

· Manage revenue billing, ensuring accurate billing and timely collection.

· Prepare management accounts, weekly and/or monthly reports, and related breakdown analysis, and report to the headquarters in Hong Kong.

· Responsible for filing corporate income tax, profit tax and VAT tax to DMCC Authority.

· Liaise with external auditors and assist in annual audit.

· Manage banking issues and banking administrative works in DMCC, liaise with bank RM.

· Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities is necessary.

· Having knowledge on international trading is an advantage but not essential.

· Having knowledge & solid experience in company secretarial matters is an advantage but not essential.

· Report to accounting teams of headquarters in Hong Kong timely.

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

· Recognized professional accounting qualification (CPA) is a plus.

· At least 4 years of proven experience in accounting, preferably within Dubai or the DMCC region. Candidate with more years’ of experience would be considered as Senior Accountant.

· Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.

· Proficiency with accounting softwares (SUN Accounting and Kingdee) and MS Excel.

· Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to work independently and willing to work at home at early stage (We are willing to provide essential computer equipment and necessary stationery).

· Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.

· Dubai local resident, or someone with working VISA in Dubai.

· Fluent in speaking and writing in English.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1.00 - AED100.00 per week
