Position No. 3: Account Executive: Telephone Sales (TS) by the Telephone Sales Team

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Account Executive specializing in Telephone Sales (TS) to join our energetic Telephone Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential clients through outbound calls, nurturing relationships, and driving business growth. Duties

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate new business opportunities
  • Engage in consultative conversations to understand client needs and present appropriate product or service solutions
  • Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on marketing campaigns and nurture leads into customers
  • Maintain high levels of customer service by providing clear information, addressing inquiries promptly, and ensuring positive client experiences
  • Develop a deep understanding of our technology products and services to effectively communicate their value propositions in B2B sales environments

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales with a focus on technology or technical products
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly
  • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer interactions and sales data
  • Knowledge of outbound calling strategies, warm calling techniques, and business development practices
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining motivation in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer service orientation with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building
