Position – Senior Engineer - Billing & Estimation

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Engineer - Billing & Estimation based in Pune. The Senior Engineer will be responsible for conducting comprehensive cost estimation and preparing detailed project budgets, managing billing processes, and ensuring accurate and timely invoicing. The role will also involve reviewing project drawings and specifications, coordinating with internal teams and contractors, maintaining detailed records, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.

Educational Qualification – BE Civil / DCE

Years of Experience & Preferred Industry - 5 to 7 years of relevant experience

Real Estate industry Preferred

Location – Pune

Candidate Profile -

- Skills for performing Rate Analysis, Data interpretation, Quantities Analysis, Trend Analysis.

- Should have worked on a project site before

- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

- Should interpret specifications and drawings to generate quantities

General Tasks & Responsibilities

- Manage & monitoring billing activities

- Be a single point contract for all bill certification, and coordination of bill certification with other departments

- Working out Quantities and Rate Analysis as per the GFC Drawings at Site

- Preparation of BOQ of Items

- Preparation and finalizing master project BOQ

- Checking the Bills according to given Work orders and BOQ’s

- Preparation and Maintaining Cost Monitoring Sheet

- Preparing comparative statements

- Rate analysis of material or labour for approval of rate

- Work with the structural consultants and architects to crystalize scope of project estimate

- Preparing Material Reconciliation Report.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
