Job Title: Sales Manager – Furniture Industry

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our furniture sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and strong relationships with dealers, architects, and corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop, manage, and expand the dealer and distributor network.
- Oversee showroom performance and ensure excellent customer service.
- Identify and secure corporate, residential, and commercial furniture projects.
- Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients.
- Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining company profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
- Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
- Report sales performance, forecasts, and key market insights to senior management.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and interior design trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
