Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our furniture sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in furniture sales, excellent leadership skills, and strong relationships with dealers, architects, and corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Develop, manage, and expand the dealer and distributor network.
  • Oversee showroom performance and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Identify and secure corporate, residential, and commercial furniture projects.
  • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales presentations for clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals effectively while maintaining company profitability.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and other industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy.
  • Mentor, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team goals.
  • Report sales performance, forecasts, and key market insights to senior management.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in furniture sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of furniture products, materials, and interior design trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
