Position Title: Student Enrollment & Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Executive to promote our educational programs and increase student enrollments. The candidate will build relationships with parents, schools, and communities, organize promotional activities, and generate admissions leads for the academy.

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Recruitment & Admissions

• Generate inquiries and admissions for school students.
• Increase enrollments for high school students for coaching classes
• Communicate with school teachers and authorities for student referrals
• Counsel parents and students regarding academic programs, entrance exam preparation, tuition support, and NIOS courses.

Business Development

• Identify new opportunities for student enrollment.
• Develop partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
• Meet monthly admission and lead-generation targets.
• Suggest innovative marketing strategies to increase admissions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, sales, or business development.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
