We are currently seeking an experienced Post-Closing Manager to join our team and oversee all aspects of the post-closing process.

Position Summary:

The Post-Closing Manager is responsible for managing and executing the firm’s post-closing operations for residential and/or commercial real estate transactions. This role ensures that all documents are properly recorded, disbursed, and finalized while maintaining compliance with legal and lender requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the daily operations of the post-closing department
  • Review closed files to ensure all necessary documents are included, accurate, and properly executed
  • Prepare and send final title policies, recorded documents, and disbursement packages to lenders, clients, and relevant parties
  • Monitor deadlines for recording and follow up on outstanding documents or issues
  • Coordinate with title companies, lenders, attorneys, and internal staff to resolve post-closing matters
  • Track and manage disbursement of funds, including escrow and trust accounting compliance
  • Ensure compliance with firm policies, lender requirements, and state/federal regulations
  • Manage and train post-closing staff and monitor performance metrics
  • Maintain accurate records for audits and reconciliations

Qualifications:

  • or title company with a focus on post-closing
  • Prior experience managing or supervising staff preferred
  • Strong understanding of real estate closing processes, title, and escrow
  • Knowledge of e-recording systems and recording procedures
  • Familiarity with industry software (e.g., SoftPro, Qualia, LandTech, etc.)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines efficiently

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $100,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
