Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor (QS)

We are looking for an experienced Post-Contract Quantity Surveyor to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all costs related to our turnkey interior fit-out projects for corporate offices, public areas, and commercial spaces. You will ensure that project costs are controlled, contractual obligations are met, and value is delivered without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and manage interim payment applications, variations, claims, and final accounts
• Conduct detailed cost analysis, valuations, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and cash flows to ensure financial control
• Manage subcontractor payments, agreements, and contract administration
• Prepare tender documents, BOQs, cost estimates, and rate analysis for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Provide cost advice and value engineering solutions to optimize project efficiency and profitability
• Ensure compliance with UAE contractual, legal, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate closely with project managers, site engineers, and clients to resolve contractual and commercial issues
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and handover

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying / Civil Engineering / Construction Management or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of post-contract QS experience in interior fit-out and joinery projects within the UAE
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts, UAE construction laws, and local authority regulations
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and cost management software (e.g., CCS Candy, Primavera, or equivalent)
• Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
