Requirements:
The Postdoctoral Fellowship will receive advanced supervised experience in psychological and psychoeducational assessment, report writing, and clinical consultation. This fellowship is designed to prepare emerging psychologists for independent licensure while contributing meaningfully to a high-standard, multidisciplinary clinical environment.

Review and provide constructive feedback on psychological and psychoeducational assessment reports to ensure accuracy, clarity, and clinical relevance.

Conduct psychological assessments under supervision and prepare integrated reports that reflect sound diagnostic formulation.

Participate in supervision of psychological diagnosticians and other mental health practitioners, offering guidance and support within scope of training.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary clinical team to maintain high standards of assessment and documentation.

Attend team meetings, case consultations, and supervision (virtual or in person, as needed).

Uphold ethical and professional standards in all clinical work and maintain compliance with licensure and training requirements.

Doctoral Degree (Ph.D. or Psy.D.) in Clinical, Counseling, or School Psychology from an APA-accredited program.

Completion of an APA-accredited or equivalent predoctoral internship.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in assessment or clinical practice (predoctoral internship experience may be considered).

Strong foundation in psychological testing, interpretation, and report writing.

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish or other languages).

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.
