Post Graduate Teacher - Commerce

We invite applications from highly competent and result-oriented Female PG Commerce Teachers with a proven track record of excellent board examination results for the academic year 2026-2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality instruction in Accountancy and Commerce.
• Develop exam-focused teaching strategies aligned with latest board patterns and marking schemes.
• Ensure consistent excellence in Class XII board examination results, including high subject averages and top scorers.
• Identify slow learners and provide remedial support to improve performance.
• Monitor student performance through regular testing, analytics, and targeted interventions.
• Provide structured remedial and enrichment programs to maximize student outcomes.
• Mentor students for board examinations, competitive exams, and commerce-related career pathways.
• Maintain detailed academic records and performance reports.
• Collaborate with academic leadership to uphold the school’s academic standards and reputation.

Required Qualifications:

• M.Com with a strong academic record.
• B.Ed from a recognized institution (mandatory/preferred as per norms).

Experience & Performance Expectations:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience teaching Classes XI–XII.
• Demonstrated history of excellent board results, including distinctions and high achievers.
• Experience in premium or high-performance academic environments preferred.

Skills & Competencies:

• Deep expertise in board syllabus, evaluation criteria, and exam strategy.
• Strong analytical, mentoring, and performance-tracking skills.
• Excellent communication and professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with smart classrooms, digital platforms, and assessments.
• Must demonstrate academic rigor, subject mastery, and the ability to mentor students.
