Post Office Counter Clerk

Job Introduction


Oversee daily post office operations to ensure smooth service and high customer satisfaction.
Assist customers by explaining available services and supporting service-related sales.
Provide postal, payment, and financial services in line with company procedures.
Process shipments, issue parcels, and accurately enter data into the system.
Handle customer requests and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain service quality standards and ensure efficient counter operations.
Support team members to ensure smooth workflow during busy periods.
Ensure proper handling and organization of postal items and documentation.

Job Experience

Completed secondary or vocational education.
At least one year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
Basic to good knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment.
Strong communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle customer needs efficiently.
