We are a growing, results-driven wellness and aesthetics clinic specializing in body contouring, post-operative care, and advanced non-invasive treatments. We are looking for a skilled, passionate Post-Op & Body Contouring Specialist to join our team and deliver exceptional client care and results.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform post-operative lymphatic drainage massages (BBL, lipo, tummy tuck, etc.)
• Provide body contouring treatments (cavitation, radiofrequency, vacuum therapy, wood therapy, etc.)
• Monitor client healing progress and document sessions accurately
• Educate clients on aftercare, recovery, and maintenance plans
• Customize treatment plans based on individual client goals
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional treatment environment
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage retention
• Upsell packages, memberships, and complementary services when appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Certification in Post-Operative Lymphatic Drainage Massage (required)
• Certification in Body Contouring Treatments (preferred)
• Knowledge of post-surgical care and contraindications
• Experience with modalities such as:
• Ultrasound Cavitation
• Radio Frequency Skin Tightening
• Vacuum Therapy
• Wood Therapy
• Strong understanding of body anatomy and lymphatic system
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

Preferred Qualifications:

• Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) or Esthetician (a plus)
• Experience in a medical spa or post-op recovery setting preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus
• Existing clientele (preferred but not required)
• Ability to perform additional services such as lashes, waxing, brows, or other aesthetic treatments is a strong plus

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Work Location: In person
