Post Production Operator

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Removal of dry product from dry rooms
• Sorting and processing whole plants into, Large and small buds, and collecting and tracking all waste.
• Manicuring/ Trimming the pre-sorted Large buds
• Packaging finished products for sale
• Create / package Pre Rolls
• Tracking and logging harvest data accurately
• Cleaning / maintaining sterile clean environment

Post Production Operators are responsible for various tasks, and the daily work load has some inherint flexibility. Some days are more "processing" focused such as trimming, while other times require help within fulfilment area and packaging. Opportunities to help with deliveries, and potentially in house pre roll manufacturing. We believe a varied work flow depending on business demands in order to keep work exciting and not monotonous or repetitive. We work to include incentives built into the process in order to create an inspiring work environment.

The ideal candidate will excel as a team member within an established close knit crew. The industry is tightly controlled, in a state regulated system, but we like to keep things exciting and fresh daily. We are looking to hire someone that is able to accomplish new tasks as assigned.

Work Experience and Qualifications:

• At least 21 years of age.
• Must have Recreational state identification card
• Must be able to keep a fast pace for production
• Previous trimmer and trimming experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous bucker, bud trimmer, laborer, harvest worker, and weed trimmer experience is preferred but not required.
• Previous work experience in a fast-paced agriculture setting is preferred but not required.
• Previous work experience in the medical marijuana or recreational cannabis industry is a plus.
• Time management skills.

• Organization skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to provide a federal, state, or local identification card with a photograph.

Physical Demands and Requirements:

• Required to fill out trim log (this will be taught)
• Can commit to being present the entire trim cycle
• You can talk and hear regularly.
• You can sit, stand, or walk for the entire shift.
• You can physically lift at least 45 lbs.

Reports To: Post Production Lead, Director of Operations

Shift Schedule:

• Employment Type: Part-time, Fulltime
• Work Shifts: Monday - Friday 7-3pm / 8-4pm unless discussed with Post Production Lead for longer days (Harvest every two weeks)
• Availability: mornings, afternoons, evenings, some weekends, and some holidays

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
