Post Tender Quantity Surveyor (Fit -Out | Joinery)

Job Responsibilities:

• Review Contract documents, including bills of quantities and specifications . Prepare post-tender reports highlighting cost-saving opportunities and risk areas.
• Review and analyze tender submissions, including assessment of deviations resulting from specification changes, design variations, and other relevant considerations
• Manage variations and claims.
• Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and company policies
• Monitor project costs and prepare regular cost reports.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and budgets for fit-out and joinery projects.
• Manage the procurement process for materials and subcontract packages.
• Collaborate with procurement teams to validate quotations and supplier costs.
• Any other tasks as per the company & job requirement.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in the fit-out and joinery industry.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, PlanSwift, estimation tools, and MS Office is mandatory
• Proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts and procurement methods.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
