Poster Designer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy individual to design engaging posters and run ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design and basic knowledge of digital marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design posters, banners, and creatives for online & offline campaigns.
• Plan, create, and manage Google Ads (Search, Display) & Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram).
• Optimize ad campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
• Analyze ad performance data and prepare reports.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Stay updated with current trends in design and digital marketing.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Proficiency in Canva / Photoshop / Illustrator (or any design tool).
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads campaign setup.
• Creative thinking & attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
• Good communication skills and a marketing mindset.

Qualifications:

• Any graduate .
• Experience: 0–2 years (Freshers with strong creative skills can apply).

Salary:

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
