Our Definition of A Poster Designer

This isn’t your run-of-the-mill design job. We’re looking for a creative powerhouse who can translate our stories, energy, and characters into eye-popping posters, thumbnails that dominate the digital feed. You’ll be the go-to creative hand behind the look and feel of India’s boldest new storytelling platform. You’ll work closely with our Producers, Directors, and Social Media Wizards to make sure every design tells a story before the video even begins...

A Day In The Life of a Poster Designer @ Vertical TV !

• Create posters, thumbnails, and promotional artwork for digital content.
• Collaborate with creative, production, and social media teams to understand the visual requirements for each project.
• Conceptualize and develop design ideas from start to final output.
• Apply strong visual storytelling principles through color, composition, and typography.
• Ensure all graphics meet brand standards and project objectives.
• Manage multiple design assignments and deliver within deadlines.

Qualifications:

• 1–3 years of experience as a Graphic/Poster Designer, preferably in entertainment, digital media, or related fields.
• Strong portfolio showcasing poster design, digital campaigns, key art, or social media visuals.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; experience with generative AI tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of design fundamentals such as layout, color, and composition.
• Ability to communicate effectively in Hindi and English.
• Passion for visual design and a willingness to take creative ownership.
