Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements on multiple online platforms, ensuring clarity and appeal to attract qualified candidates
- Manage the scheduling and updating of job postings to maintain current and accurate listings
- Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to understand role requirements and tailor postings accordingly
- Utilize various web development tools and APIs to automate posting processes and improve efficiency
- Monitor the performance of online ads, analyze metrics, and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices in digital marketing, SEO, and platform algorithms
- Ensure all postings comply with company policies and legal standards
Skills
- Proficiency in web development technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, React, Express, RESTful APIs, and front-end frameworks
- Experience with backend development using Ruby on Rails, C#, .NET, Python, Java, C++, VBA, SQL, MySQL, and application development tools
- Familiarity with cloud services including AWS and Azure for hosting and managing online content
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Linux systems, GitHub/Git version control, SVN, REST APIs, RBAC security models, and API integration techniques
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies for project management and software development lifecycle
- Experience working with web security protocols like REST APIs security standards
- Ability to work with various database systems including SQL-based solutions for data management
- Excellent communication skills for collaborating across teams and documenting processes effectively
