We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes.
Responsibilities:

Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in classroom settings

Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and interventions

Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, school psychologists, and administrators

Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations

Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Qualifications

BCBA certification preferred

Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field

Experience working in school settings preferred

Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies

Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
Rate:
$61,695 - $107,175
