Posting - Anticipated Behavioral Specialist (BCBA)
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our school-based team. The BCBA will support students with behavioral and developmental needs by designing, implementing, and overseeing evidence-based behavior intervention programs. This role involves close collaboration with teachers, special education staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes.

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Provide direct and consultative behavioral support to students in classroom settings
- Train and support teachers, paraprofessionals, and staff on behavior strategies and interventions
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on data analysis
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including special education staff, school psychologists, and administrators
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal development
Qualifications
- BCBA certification preferred
- Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities
Rate:
$61,695 - $107,175
