5 Hour Shifts, 3-5 days per week | Flexible Daytime Hours

Happy Baby Night Nurses is expanding and looking to bring on two reliable, detail-oriented Care Partners to support families during the postpartum period.

This role is focused on helping new moms recover by assisting with household upkeep and light daily tasks so families can rest and focus on their newborn.

Families typically book recurring support packages ranging from 15–25 hours per week for an entire month at a time.

Please note these shifts and assignments can range! Upon being hired, we may not get our first postpartum care partner who books these shifts for 1-3 months. We are looking for care partners who can remain flexible as business ebbs and flows. We are now accepting these bookings for August 2026.

Responsibilities

• Vacuuming and mopping
• Laundry and folding
• Washing dishes and tidying kitchen spaces
• Light meal prep
• Bringing meals/snacks to mom
• Taking out trash and replacing trash bags
• General light housekeeping and organization

This Role Does NOT Include

• Babysitting or childcare
• Holding or caring for the newborn
• Being left alone with children
• Pet care
• Running errands

• Warm, calm, and respectful demeanor
• Comfortable working in private homes
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fort Lauderdale and North Miami for assignments
• Flexible daytime availability preferred

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping families and creating a calm, supportive environment during the postpartum season. Our families book one month packages at a time so you will be assigned to one family at a time.

Qualifications:
-Clean background check
-Housekeeping experience
-Cooking experience
-2-3 references

Pay: $25.00 per hour
