Job Title: General Worker – Poultry

Location: Dubai, Al Ain Road, UAE

Job Summary:

We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Poultry Workers to assist in the day-to-day operations of our poultry farm. This role involves caring for birds, maintaining cleanliness in poultry houses, collecting eggs, and ensuring the general well-being of the flock. The ideal candidate is reliable, physically fit, and comfortable working with animals in a farm environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Feed and water poultry according to farm schedules and guidelines.
• Collect, clean, and pack eggs, ensuring quality and hygiene standards are met.
• Clean and disinfect poultry houses, nesting boxes, and equipment regularly.
• Monitor bird health and behavior; report signs of illness, injury, or abnormal behavior.
• Assist with vaccinations, weighing, and other routine bird care procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of production, mortality, feed usage, and other farm data.
• Follow biosecurity protocols to prevent disease outbreaks.
• Handle birds gently and safely during relocation or processing activities.
• Perform basic maintenance on equipment, feeders, and drinkers.
• Support other farm tasks as needed, including unloading feed, cleaning facilities, and assisting during deliveries.

Requirements:

• No formal education required; training provided.
• Experience in poultry or animal husbandry is an asset but not required.
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 20 kg/lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working with live animals and in environments with dust, feathers, and strong odors.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to follow instructions, work independently, and maintain farm hygiene standards.
