We are looking for an experienced Powder Coating Operator to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for operating powder coating machines, preparing metal surfaces, applying coatings, and ensuring high-quality finishing standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain powder coating machines.
• Prepare and clean surfaces before coating.
• Apply powder coating materials according to specifications.
• Monitor curing ovens and ensure temperature accuracy.
• Inspect coated products to ensure proper thickness and finish quality.
• Follow company safety and quality control procedures.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Powder Coating Operator.
• Good knowledge of powder coating processes and equipment.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
