FOREVER POWDER COATING IS LOOKING POWDER COAT TECHNICIAN!

We are currently looking for a Powder Coating Technician
o Hourly DOE

Key Responsibilities
o Perform powder coating and painting operations
o Application of powder coating per order requirements
o Set up, operate, inspect and tend equipment
o Assist in maintenance of oven, powder booth, sand blasting equipment.
o Conform to shop workflow for maximum efficiency
o Deliver accurate and quality products on time to meet customers deadlines
o Ensure work done meets established quality standards; identify and resolve quality issues
o Prep products for powder coating
o Load and wrap finished product
o Handling and moving objects -- Using hands and arms in handling, positioning and moving materials and products
o Seek to improve/suggest coating techniques/tools to improve quality, efficiency, and safety
o Operate safety equipment and use safe work habits

Key Skills/Requirements
o Experienced powder coating a plus
o Attention to detail
o Metal fabrication experience is a plus
o Experience using safe working habits
o Takes ownership and responsibility
o Strives for excellence on the job
o Self-directed and able to complete work with limited supervision
o Teachable; able to follow instructions
o Consistently delivers on commitments
o Able to lift 50+ pounds
o Mindset of continual improvement -- always seeking to learn and improve

o Background check and Drug test required for employment.
