Powder Coating operator

The Powder Coating Operator is responsible for preparing, coating, and finishing metal parts using powder coating equipment, ensuring high-quality surface finishing in line with company standards and client specifications.

1. Prepare surfaces of metal products for coating (cleaning, sanding, masking, pre-treatment, etc.).

2. Operate powder coating equipment, spray guns, and ovens safely and efficiently.

3. Apply powder coating evenly and accurately to achieve the required finish, thickness, and quality.

4. Monitor curing process in ovens to ensure correct temperature and duration.

5. Inspect coated items for quality (adhesion, coverage, finish) and make necessary touch-ups or rework.

6. Handle, maintain, and store tools, spray guns, and materials properly.
