Power Automate Developer

Job Summary

LeverageAxiom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Power Automate Developer to design and implement process automation solutions across Microsoft 365 environments. The ideal candidate should be able to gather business requirements, estimate effort, and deliver scalable Power Automate workflows integrating tools like SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document automation requirements from business teams.
• Design low-code/no-code solutions using Microsoft Power Automate (Cloud and Desktop).
• Develop, test, and deploy Power Automate flows integrating with SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, and other connectors.
• Provide effort estimates and prepare solution documentation.
• Manage error handling, performance optimization, and flow maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and adoption.
• Provide post-deployment support, monitoring, and enhancements.
• Stay up to date with Power Platform updates and new automation capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud and/or Desktop).
• Experience in automating processes involving SharePoint, Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Forms.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 ecosystem and its connectors.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and effort estimation.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power BI, or VBA Macros is an added advantage.
• Good communication and client interaction skills.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
