Power BI Analyst (Bahrainis only)

We are seeking an Account Manager to onboard, manage, and grow seller accounts on our live commerce platform. This role combines relationship management, commercial growth, and operational support to ensure sellers run successful live streams and auctions while delivering an excellent buyer experience.

You will act as the main point of contact for sellers and work closely with internal teams to drive seller performance, retention, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard new sellers and guide them through the platform, policies, and live selling workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned seller accounts
• Support sellers in planning, scheduling, and optimizing live auctions and live shopping sessions
• Monitor seller performance (sales, engagement, conversion) and provide actionable recommendations
• Ensure product listings, pricing, and live content comply with platform guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams (customer service, operations, tech) to resolve seller issues
• Drive seller retention, upselling, and account growth
• Collect seller feedback and share insights with product and management teams

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, sales, or e-commerce
• Strong communication skills (Arabic required, English is a strong plus)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Good understanding of e-commerce, social commerce, or live streaming platforms
• Data-driven mindset with basic reporting and performance tracking skills
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities

Good to Have

• Experience working with merchants, influencers, or SMEs in the GCC
