About the Role
RMG is seeking a highly skilled Senior Power BI Data Analytics Integrator to support a Federal customer. This role will support HR, manpower, budget, and workforce analytics by transforming data from multiple systems into reliable dashboards, automated reports, workflow tools, and predictive analytics products.
The ideal candidate is not just a report builder. We are looking for someone who can work directly with HR, manpower, budget, and leadership stakeholders to understand business needs, clean and integrate complex data, and produce accurate tools that support personnel readiness, budget execution, vacancy planning, and workforce forecasting.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, automate, and maintain Power BI dashboards and analytics products.
- Integrate HR, manpower, budget, finance, and personnel data from multiple systems.
- Build dashboards and tools to support vacancy tracking, workforce projections, personnel actions, budget impacts, and status of funds reporting.
- Develop automated products for leave without pay, return-to-duty tracking, awards, quality step increases, military service credit deposits, and customer action tracking.
- Create reconciliation tools comparing AGR/Technician personnel data against accounting and budget records.
- Develop predictive models for retirements, attrition, promotions, hiring timelines, manpower gaps, and future budget requirements.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and reliable data refreshes.
- Apply data validation, quality control, and documentation practices.
- Work with Government stakeholders, HR personnel, budget staff, and senior leaders.
- Protect sensitive personnel information and comply with applicable security, privacy, and access requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI, dashboard development, data modeling, and data visualization.
- Experience integrating data from multiple HR, manpower, budget, finance, or operational systems.
- Strong Excel, Power Query, data cleansing, and analytical skills.
- Experience building automated reports, trackers, dashboards, and executive-level analytics products.
- Ability to work with sensitive personnel, HR, budget, or workforce data.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to work independently in a Government customer environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to pass required Government background checks and meet military installation access requirements.
- Ability to obtain and maintain required Government system access and credentials.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required by the Government.
Preferred Qualifications
- Active or prior security clearance.
- Prior experience supporting the Army National Guard, National Guard Bureau, Army, DoD, or another federal agency.
- Familiarity with GFEBS, FTSMCS, DCPDS, or similar federal HR, manpower, budget, or financial systems.
- Experience handling PII or sensitive Government personnel data.
- Experience with workforce planning, vacancy forecasting, manpower reconciliation, budget execution, or HR analytics.
- Experience developing predictive models for attrition, hiring timelines, personnel costs, manpower trends, or vacancy projections.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Finance, Public Administration, or a related field.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
