Power BI Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Intelligence dashboards and reports using Microsoft Power BI. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver clear, insightful visualizations that support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop interactive and visually appealing Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Connect, transform, and model data using Power Query, DAX, and SQL.
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into BI solutions.
• Optimize existing dashboards for performance and accuracy.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across all reporting solutions.
• Publish and maintain reports on Power BI Service and manage data refresh schedules.
• Create and maintain documentation related to datasets, reports, and processes.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to troubleshoot issues and improve data quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, IT, Business Analytics, or relevant field.
• 1–3 years of experience working with Power BI (or strong project-based experience).
• Strong understanding of DAX, data modeling, and ETL processes.
• Hands-on experience with SQL queries.
• Knowledge of data visualization best practices.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Pay: From Rs75,000.00 per month
