About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Power BI Developer to join our Delivery team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing interactive dashboards, transforming data for reporting needs, and delivering actionable insights that support business decision-making. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to translate business requirements into scalable BI solutions while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

✓ Develop, design, and publish interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI
✓ Prepare, clean, and transform data from multiple sources to support reporting and analytics
✓ Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data
✓ Build and manage data models, DAX calculations, and relationships for efficient reporting
✓ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and convert them into BI solutions
✓ Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights
✓ Ensure adherence to data quality, documentation standards, and secure data handling practices
✓ Support small-scale BI projects and ensure timely and accurate delivery
✓ Participate in client meetings to understand needs and provide clarity on reporting outputs
✓ Identify opportunities to automate reporting tasks and enhance dashboard performance.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in Power BI (dashboards, Power Query, DAX, data modeling)
• Good knowledge of SQL for querying and data extraction
• Familiarity with Python is an added advantage
• Understanding of ETL concepts, data pipelines, and data warehousing
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure / AWS / GCP is a plus

General Skills:

• Ability to translate business requirements into effective dashboards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively and deliver within deadlines

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

✓ 2–3 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in similar BI/reporting roles
✓ Prior experience in client-facing reporting projects or dashboard development preferred
✓ Knowledge of functional business domains is an added advantage

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹650,000.00 per year
