Power BI Developer

We at HRSG SSP are looking for skilled candidates for the position of 'Power BI Developer' to undertake a variety of tasks at our reputable client. The position is based in Sahiwal.

Experience: 2-5 years of relevant experience

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Data Analytics, or a related field

Salary: 100 - 120K (depending on experience)

Position Overview

One of our leading multinational clients is seeking a Power BI Developer to support its factory operations in Sahiwal. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions that support business decision-making across multiple functions.

This role requires hands-on expertise in Power BI development along with a strong understanding of enterprise reporting environments, including structured content sharing, workspace management, and user support.

Key Responsibilities

Dashboard & Report Development

• Design, develop, and deploy interactive Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Convert business requirements into meaningful visualizations and actionable insights.
• Enhance existing dashboards for improved usability and performance.

Data Modeling & Integration

• Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) from multiple sources.
• Develop robust data models using DAX, Power Query, and best practices.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting solutions.

Business Collaboration

• Engage with business users to gather reporting requirements and define KPIs.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements to existing reports.
• Deliver clear documentation and, where required, basic user guidance.

Platform & Governance

• Work within enterprise Power BI environments, including workspaces and apps.
• Support report publishing, access control, and content organization.
• Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards.

o Power BI Desktop & Power BI Service

o DAX and Power Query

o Data modeling and visualization techniques

o SQL / database querying

• Ability to translate business needs into analytical and reporting solutions.
