Power BI Expert

Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, design, and optimize Power BI dashboards, reports, and datasets.
• Create complex DAX calculations, measures, and KPIs to support data analysis.
• Connect and integrate Power BI with SQL Server, SharePoint, and other data sources.
• Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and data governance best practices.
• Optimize report performance and troubleshoot data-related issues.
• Collaborate with business users to understand reporting needs and provide data-driven insights.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across Power BI reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization.
• Strong knowledge of DAX, SQL, Power Query (M Language), and data modeling.
• Experience in ETL, data integration, and data warehouse concepts.
• Proficiency in designing visually engaging dashboards with a user-friendly experience.
• Familiarity with Azure Synapse, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 (preferred).
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate or equivalent certification.
• Experience in AI-powered analytics and automation in Power BI.
• Knowledge of Python/R for advanced data analysis.
