Job Description: Power-BI – Lead Programmer Analyst (Exp: 5 Years to 7 Years)
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Power-BI skilled as a Lead Programmer Analyst.
Technical Expertise:
- Experience should have 5 to 7 years of Data Analytics on Power-BI.
- Strong knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling concepts.
- Hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases.
- Experience in handling large datasets and performance optimization.
- Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Tableau dashboards and reporting.
- Knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with Azure / AWS / GCP.
- Understanding on the SDLC.
- Understanding on the Agile methodologies.
- Communication with customer and producing the Daily status report.
- Should have good oral and written communication.
- Should be a good team player.
- Should be proactive and adaptive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and publish interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Gather, analyze, and document reporting requirements from stakeholders.
- Develop data models, DAX calculations, and data visualizations for business use cases.
- Optimize Power BI reports for performance, scalability, and usability.
- Implement row-level security (RLS) and data security standards.
- Integrate Power BI with different data sources (SQL, Excel, APIs, Cloud, etc.).
- Work closely with business analysts, data engineers, and stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and business alignment.
- Provide user training and support on Power BI reports and dashboards.
- Stay up to date with Power BI and BI industry trends.
