We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Power BI and Microsoft PowerApps developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying impactful business intelligence solutions that empower our organization to make data-driven decisions.

Power BI/PowerApps Skills:
· Strong working knowledge of Power BI Service, including data acquisition, modeling, DAX calculations, and visualization techniques.
· Proven ability to create interactive dashboards and reports that cater to different user needs and viewing preferences.
· Experience building complex data models and integrating data from various sources using Power Query.
· Hands-on experience developing canvas and model-driven PowerApps applications for automating tasks and improving business processes.
· Understanding of PowerApps connectors and their ability to integrate with various data sources and services.
· Experience building workflows and automations using Power Automate to connect Power BI and PowerApps for a holistic user experience.
· Experience with data gateways for connecting Power BI and PowerApps to on-premises data sources.
· Familiarity with security best practices and governance considerations for Power BI and PowerApps deployments.
Education/Certification Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree with preferred study in Computer Science, Information Science, Information Systems Management, Math, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering or related field.
Other Requirements:
· This position is currently remote but may eventually be hybrid remote/onsite (1-2 days on the client site per week) in Old Town Alexandria, VA, close to the King Street Metro Station.
· Our client (Green Card) and must be able to obtain a Federal Government Clearance including a Credit Check.
